Hesai's FT120 is a compact, wide-angle solid-state lidar sensor designed to enhance near-field perception for autonomous vehicles, ADAS, and robotic systems. With a 100° horizontal and 75.4° vertical field of view, it provides excellent coverage for blind spot detection, low-speed maneuvering, and close-range object tracking. FT120 delivers over 0.59 million points per second with a fine angular resolution of 0.2° horizontally and 0.43° vertically, making it ideal for high-density, short-range perception. It supports a maximum detection range of 100 meters (10% reflectivity) and maintains ±3 cm range accuracy. With a solid-state, vibration-resistant design, IP67 ingress protection, and operating temperature range of –40°C to 85°C, FT120 offers automotive-grade durability in a discreet, integrable form factor.
