Hesai's XT16 is a lightweight, high-performance 16-channel mechanical lidar sensor designed for autonomous vehicles, robotics, smart infrastructure, and mapping applications. With a 360° horizontal and 31° vertical field of view, it generates up to 690,000 points per second in dual-return mode, delivering reliable mid-range detection. XT16 offers a detection range of up to 120 meters, ±3 cm range accuracy, and configurable horizontal resolutions from 0.2° to 0.5°. Its compact size and low power consumption make it ideal for platforms where space and energy efficiency are critical. Operating in temperatures from –40°C to 75°C and rated IP6K7/IP6K9K, the XT16 is built for demanding environments and cost-sensitive perception tasks requiring consistent real-time 3D awareness.
